Since the devastating earthquake in Sichuan Province, many of our friends have written to make sure that we are safe. Thank you for your concern, and please be assured that we are all fine. The earthquake was far to the west and we live on the eastern coast of China.
Our thoughts are with the people of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan. Chengdu is a city with millions of people and they are suffering terribly in this disaster.
