Bi-roam-ial Nomenclature

Highways in China are often named with the first two characters of the cities they connect. This weekend we were on the JiQing Expressway - connecting Jinan to Qingdao. That may fly in the SeaTac (Seattle/Tacoma) area, but in the Baltimore - Washington corridor…not so much.
